Free shipping is available on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 Per order or express for $15.
All of our products are shipped directly from our store Central coast of NSW.
Courier Deliveries: Delivery in Australian metro areas is usually 3-6 business days, however please allow up to 10 business days. For Australian Regional Areas, please allow up to 18 business days for delivery. Tracking is available upon request and will be forwarded at the completion of your order.
Australia Post Deliveries: Delivery time frames are as above. All Australia Post deliveries are sent with postal tracking. We use Australia post as our preferred delivery service.
Local pick is available for all products but please ensure you contact us first via email@example.com prior to your pickup.
All orders require a signature on delivery*. Someone must be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign, your order will be returned to either Australia Post for you to collect in person or to the courier depot for you to call and arrange a suitable time for them to re-deliver.
*You may also request an 'authority to leave'. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left on your premises. We take no responsibility if an item goes missing after it is delivered. If you prefer this option, you MUST state this in the 'note to seller' section before you complete your purchase. This can not be altered after checkout.
COURIER DELIVERIES CAN NOT BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX
PLEASE ALLOW 24 - 48 HOURS FOR PROCESSING OF ORDERS. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped immediately on the SAME DAY however due to peak periods and public holidays may take in excess of 48 hours. If we are in a "closed period" you will be notified of excess shipping times.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) however we do not accept responsibility of costs for change of mind purchases or incorrect orders. A return shipping cost must be paid
You should expect to receive your refund efficiently once we have received your returned item, however, in many please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for processing. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please ensure you read the item description & check the measurements before placing an order. Orders can not be amended after checkout.
We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly or if you change your mind after payment has been received. Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. We will organise a replacement/refund as quick as possible. The damaged item will need to be returned before a replacement/refund is issued.
